Pursuant to law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and EU Regulation 2016/679, in application on 25 May 2018, it is recalled that the personal data requested from Customers is necessary to enable us to process the services and/or orders they ask for in the context of commercial commitments entered into, and that the sole purpose of collecting this data is to process these orders and services under contract.
Such processing is mainly for accounting, commercial and logistics purposes, to enable the said order or contract to be completed. The data may, however, also be used in the context of promotional or advertising operations.
This data will not be communicated to third parties to the contract or order, the only recipients being our company staff and any other service providers involved in the contract, for example for transport and delivery purposes. Anyone who has access to this data will be bound by a confidentiality obligation specifically referring to the personal data to which they have access.
The data to be provided is marked as compulsory or optional, it being specified that a lack of response may be a barrier to processing all or part of your order or contract.
The data will be kept for the legal retention period.
In accordance with the national and European regulations in force, Customers have rights of permanent access, modification, correction, objection and portability with regard to the information concerning them.
These rights may be exercised under the terms and conditions communicated to you by our Data Controller, Mr Gilles Milan, whom you can contact by email at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Data Controller will reply within 2 months of the date he receives your request. If the request cannot be met immediately, the requesting party will be sent a signed and dated acknowledgment of receipt. If the said request is incomplete (not accompanied by an identity document, for example), the file Manager will be entitled to ask for additional information: the processing deadline will then be suspended and relaunched once these elements have been provided.
