Order Planning and Scheduling Manager

As part of our development, we are looking for a Planning & Scheduling Manager for Orders to ensure the management of customer orders and guarantee their delivery under the best conditions.

Your missions

Within the Industrial Operations team, you are the interface between the sales teams and the production sites.

Planning & scheduling

• Plan customer orders in the ERP based on production capacities and logistical constraints.
• Schedule the different categories of production (firm orders, collections, stocks, pre-series, subcontracting, intercompany...).
• Define realistic and reliable delivery times.
• Ensure complete tracking of orders, from their launch to their shipment.

Coordination of operations

• Collaborate daily with internal production sites and partners.
• Ensure smooth communication between the Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Design Office departments.
• Manage international flows and intercompany orders.
• Optimize packaging and transportation in connection with various stakeholders.

Priority management & continuous improvement

• Identify risks that may impact deadlines.
• Propose and implement suitable solutions.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and planning tools.

Your profile

You are organized, meticulous, and enjoy working with many stakeholders.

Ideally, you have:

• A Bac +2 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Production Management.
• Initial experience in planning, scheduling, or managing industrial flows.
• A good mastery of an ERP.
• A good knowledge of logistics flows and planning methods.
• A professional written level of English.
